Estas son las reglas que describen cómo funcionan nuestros servicios y que rigen el uso de los servicios que proporcionamos. Market Watch PR y sus empleados, agentes y afiliados (colectivamente, "Market Watch PR", "compañía", "nosotros", "nos" o "nuestro") ofrece una serie de servicios, incluyendo cualquiera y todos nuestros productos, aplicaciones en línea y/o móviles, como el sitio web en marketwatchpr.com (el "sitio web") y los servicios de suscripción de correo electrónico y página Web Premium (colectivamente, los "servicios Premium").

1. Aceptar los Términos

Al usar o acceder a nuestros servicios Premium de cualquier manera, incluso al ver o navegar por el sitio web, suscribirse a servicios de correo electrónico o ver correos electrónicos, usted acepta estar sujeto a estos términos de uso ("términos").

3. El Uso de los Servicios

Usted acepta utilizar los servicios solo para fines permitidos tanto por los términos como por todas las leyes y regulaciones aplicables. Usted es el único responsable de cualquier incumplimiento de sus obligaciones.

Uso No Comercial y Scraping

Los materiales y la información que se proporcionan a través de los servicios se proporcionan únicamente para uso personal. Sin limitar la generalidad de lo anterior, los siguientes son tipos de usos que Market Watch PR prohíbe expresamente:

• La venta o alquiler de cualquier parte de los servicios, incluyendo el sitio web y correos electrónicos.
• Cualquier obra derivada basada al menos en parte en los servicios.
• El "scraping", la re-venta o la redistribución de datos de bienes raíces obtenidos a través de nuestro sistema está estrictamente prohibido.

Reglas de Conducta

• Cuenta Personal: Su cuenta le pertenece a usted y a usted solamente. Usted no puede autorizar a otros a ver o acceder a los servicios bajo su cuenta.
• Pruebas Gratuitas (Free Trials): El período de prueba gratuita está estrictamente limitado a una (1) por persona y número de teléfono verificado. Queda terminantemente prohibido crear múltiples cuentas o correos electrónicos con la intención de abusar del sistema de prueba gratuita. Market Watch PR requiere la vinculación obligatoria de un número de teléfono celular activo para validar su identidad. Cualquier intento de evasión de pago o abuso del "Free Trial" resultará en el cobro retroactivo del tiempo utilizado, cancelación inmediata de todas las cuentas asociadas y el bloqueo permanente del acceso a la plataforma.
• Prohibición de Bots: Usted no podrá acceder o utilizar los servicios de Market Watch PR a través de cualquier medio automatizado, incluyendo guiones, robots o rastreadores web.
• Respeto y Legalidad: Acepta no difamar, hostigar, abusar, amenazar o defraudar a los usuarios, ni publicar en redes sociales o en cualquier otro medio afirmaciones falsas, engañosas o difamatorias sobre Market Watch PR.
• Trato Justo: Esperamos que nos traten justamente. Nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar inmediatamente su cuenta sin derecho a reembolso, si usted muestra un comportamiento hostil o irrespetuoso hacia cualquier empleado o socio de Market Watch PR.

Exención de Responsabilidad

Los servicios se proporcionan únicamente con fines informativos y no constituyen un asesoramiento financiero o legal de ningún tipo en el que usted deba basarse, ni una recomendación formal para comprar o vender propiedades. A veces, el sitio web o correos referenciarán contenido de terceros por el cual usted asume la responsabilidad de su uso.

4. Política de Cancelación

Las membresías de Market Watch PR Premium se renuevan de manera automática según el período seleccionado al momento de la suscripción. Los cargos de renovación se procesan de forma automática y no son reembolsables una vez efectuados.

• Es responsabilidad exclusiva del cliente cancelar la suscripción antes de la fecha de auto-renovación para evitar el cargo.
• La cancelación puede realizarse en cualquier momento accediendo directamente a la configuración de su cuenta en la plataforma.
• Market Watch PR no ofrece reembolsos prorrateados por el tiempo no utilizado de la suscripción.

5. Precios

Los precios de la membresía y los productos son correctos en el momento de la compra de la suscripción; sin embargo, Market Watch PR se reserva el derecho de cambiar los precios sin previo aviso (respetando siempre el ciclo actual pagado).

6. Propiedad y Derechos de Autor

El uso de los servicios no le da la propiedad de ningún derecho de propiedad intelectual sobre los servicios o el contenido al que accede. Las interfaces visuales, gráficos, diseños, compilaciones y código son propiedad exclusiva de Market Watch PR.

Market Watch PR and its employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, "Market Watch PR", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") offer a number of services, including any and all of our products, online and/or mobile applications, such as the website at marketwatchpr.com (the "Website") and premium email and web page subscription services (collectively, the "Premium Services").

1. Accepting the Terms

By using or accessing our Premium Services in any way, including by viewing or browsing the Website, subscribing to Email Services, or viewing emails, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

This is a legal contract between an individual subscriber, member, or user ("you") and Market Watch PR regarding your use of the Services; it also indicates that you have read, understood, and agree to this agreement and the collection and use of your information as set forth in the Company's Privacy Policy.

2. Effective Date and Updates

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date indicated at the top of this document. Market Watch PR reserves the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. The date of the last update will always be reflected in this document.

Your continued use of the Services after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to confer third-party rights or benefits.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for purposes permitted by both the Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations.

Non-Commercial Use and Scraping

The materials and information provided through the Services are for personal use only. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following are types of uses that Market Watch PR expressly prohibits:

• The sale or rental of any part of the services, including the website and emails.
• Any derivative works based at least in part on the services.
• Scraping, re-selling, or redistributing real estate data obtained through our system is strictly prohibited.

Rules of Conduct

• Personal Account: Your account belongs to you and to you only. You may not authorize others to view or access the services under your account.
• Free Trials: The free trial period is strictly limited to one (1) per person and verified phone number. Creating multiple accounts or email addresses with the intent to abuse the free trial system is strictly prohibited. Market Watch PR requires the mandatory linking of an active mobile phone number to validate your identity. Any attempt to evade payment or abuse the "Free Trial" system will result in retroactive billing for the time used, immediate cancellation of all associated accounts, and a permanent ban from accessing the platform.
• No Bots Allowed: You may not access or use Market Watch PR's services through any automated means, including scripts, robots, or web crawlers.
• Respect and Legality: You agree not to defame, harass, abuse, threaten, or defraud users, nor publish false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Market Watch PR on social media or any other medium.
• Fair Treatment: We expect you to treat us fairly. We reserve the right to immediately cancel your account without the right to a refund if you display hostile or disrespectful behavior towards any Market Watch PR employee or partner.

4. Cancellation Policy

Market Watch PR Premium memberships renew automatically according to the period selected at the time of subscription. Renewal charges are processed automatically and are non-refundable once processed.

• It is the exclusive responsibility of the customer to cancel the subscription before the auto-renewal date to avoid the charge.
• Cancellation can be made at any time by directly accessing your account settings on the platform.
• Market Watch PR does not offer prorated refunds for the unused time of the subscription.

5. Pricing

Membership and product prices are correct at the time of purchasing the subscription; however, Market Watch PR reserves the right to change prices without prior notice (always respecting the current paid cycle).

6. Ownership and Copyright

Use of the services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights over the services or the content you access. The visual interfaces, graphics, designs, compilations, and code are the exclusive property of Market Watch PR.
